What does a day look like at Ensminger Ag Construction?
Everyone is texted a time to meet at a certain job site. Once everybody has arrived, there is a quick huddle to see what exactly needs to be done by the end of the day. Once that is established, everyone gets to work and doesn't stop until the job is done. There is no yelling or swearing happening on our job site. If someone messes up, another guy might playfully tease him about it to help him see that they need to step up their game. Of course, after that, someone will teach that person how to do the job the right way. But expect to grind through the heat, rain, and cold every day. Because, that is what we do here.
